This is a powerful bed and you should half your normal tanning times. 4-6 mins max first time. Then increase gradually.

High pressure explained: What’s the difference? –

High pressure beds have increased levels of UVA and reduced levels of UVB. Higher levels of UVA allow the tan to last longer and reduce the risk of UVB burning. It is recommended that you use both low and high pressure beds to obtain the benefits from both types of tanning.

You must have a base tan and have been on the low pressure beds before using the high pressure units.
